For all airport pickups, we will need the flight number, arrival time and terminal to monitor potential delays.
However, we cannot be held accountable for any inaccuracies provided by either the client or our flight information sources.

If your baggage claim exceeds 1 hour, please notify us by phone so we can inform the driver.
Additional parking or waiting time will incur charges to the client.

We also need a mobile contact number, preferably of the traveller and an estimate of luggage for holiday bookings to ensure the appropriate vehicle size.

Please note that in unforeseen circumstances like breakdowns, we reserve the right to provide a similar alternative vehicle. Quoted prices are final, barring any extra charges for parking, waiting or deviations from the original booking.

Clients who fail to show up for their booking will be invoiced for the full fare.

Cancellation requires at least 12 hours' notice before the scheduled pickup time.
